Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the content, images and code are yours.
What counts as a small update?
Changing your hours, prices or contact details, swapping photos, or adding a short announcement. New pages and bigger changes are quoted in advance.
What does the $20/month package include?
The US Cloud Infrastructure, Domain & Compliance Package covers custom domain registration and DNS, US edge hosting and CDN, SSL, firewall and automated backups, upkeep of your US privacy and FTC compliance banner, 24/7 hosting for interactive demos and QR lead capture, and up to 2 small updates a month. You keep 100% ownership of your domain and content, and we can bill annually on one invoice ($240/year).
Is support available in Japanese?
Yes. We support you in Japanese by both email and LINE.
Can I keep my current domain and email address?
Yes. Your domain stays with you when we migrate, and we set up redirects where needed.
How often can I request updates?
The $20/month infrastructure package includes up to 2 small updates a month. If you need more, just ask.
Is there a minimum contract?
You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. There's no minimum term.
