Privacy policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

jpop (“we”) handles the personal information you give us when you get in touch as follows.

1. What we collect

Through the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name, company name and email address
  • What your business does and your current website
  • The languages you need, the services you're interested in, your budget and your message

To stop spam, we also look at the IP address a message is sent from. We use it only to limit how often the form can be sent, and never store it with your message. To understand how the site is used, we use Vercel Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.

2. Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare quotes and proposals, send the free monthly report, and provide the website and maintenance services you ask for.

3. Sharing

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone without your consent unless the law requires it. To run the site and send email, we use these services: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (sending contact form messages).

4. Where your information is handled

We're based in San Francisco, California, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. The services above mainly use servers in the US too.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them. Inquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 2 years of our last contact.

6. Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

To see, correct, stop the use of or delete your information, email us at the address below. Once we've confirmed it's you, we'll respond within 30 days.
